Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information AllCalFinance (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this honest and short.
1. Information we do not collect
Calculator inputs. The numbers you type into our calculators (income, debts, balances, etc.) stay in your browser. We do not transmit them to our servers, store them, or share them with anyone. If you refresh the page, they are lost.
Account data. AllCalFinance does not require an account. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or government IDs.
2. Information we do collect
2.1 AI assistant conversations
When you use the AI assistant, your messages and the relevant calculator context are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. We do not store these conversations on our servers. They live in your browser tab for the duration of your session and are lost when you refresh.
Google's handling of your prompt is governed by the Gemini API Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. On the free tier, Google may use prompts to improve their models. Do not enter personally identifying information into the chat.
2.2 Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser user agent. These logs are used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and rate-limit the AI assistant. They are typically retained for 30 days.
2.3 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are popular, how long visitors stay). We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymization. We do not connect this data to any individual user identity.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
2.4 Advertising (Google AdSense)
AllCalFinance is funded by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This helps Google show ads that are more relevant to you.
- You can review and control how Google uses your data at My Ad Center.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Functional cookies — remember your cookie-consent preference. Set by us, never shared.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, used to measure aggregate traffic. Anonymized.
- Advertising cookies — Google AdSense, used to serve and measure ads. May be personalized unless you opt out.
On your first visit you'll see a cookie consent banner. You can adjust your preferences at any time through your browser settings or the Google opt-out links above.
4. Third parties
We share data with the following third parties only as needed to provide the service:
- Vercel — site hosting, server-side request logs, edge functions.
- Google Gemini API — AI assistant prompts and responses.
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic measurement.
- Google AdSense — advertising display and measurement.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to other parties.
5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and others)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have certain rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
Since we don't collect account data and don't store calculator inputs or AI conversations, the data we hold about you is limited to short-term server logs and (if you accept) analytics and advertising cookies. To exercise your rights, please email rcsuport@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
AllCalFinance is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Data retention
Server logs are typically retained for 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default settings. Cookie preferences stored on your device persist until you clear them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
