By using AllCalFinance, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Educational use only

AllCalFinance provides financial calculators and educational information. It is not a financial, tax, or legal advisory service. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial advice. 2. Accuracy and limitations

We strive to make our calculators accurate. We unit-test the underlying math against published reference values. However:

• Tax brackets, contribution limits, interest rates, and economic assumptions change over time. We update our calculators periodically but cannot guarantee they reflect every change.
• Calculator results are estimates, not predictions. Real-world outcomes vary based on factors we cannot model.
• The AI assistant is a general-purpose educational tool. It may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

Use our results as a starting point, not a final answer.

3. No warranty

AllCalFinance is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCalFinance and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from acting on calculator results;
• Errors in tax estimates or other figures;
• Inaccurate AI assistant responses;
• Unavailability or interruption of the service.

You agree that the total liability of AllCalFinance to you, in aggregate, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which is zero, since the site is free.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, overwhelm the AI assistant, or evade rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or republish the calculators or their underlying code without permission.
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on AllCalFinance — calculators, educational articles, design, code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish our content without written permission.

7. Third-party services

AllCalFinance integrates third-party services (Google Gemini, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Vercel hosting). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or availability.

8. Advertising

AllCalFinance displays advertising via Google AdSense. We have no control over which specific ads are shown. Advertised products are not endorsements. Use the same skepticism you would apply to any ad.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AllCalFinance is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
